Bathers Pavilion Wedding | Dyah and Mathieu

Sydney Wedding Photographer Michael was there to capture all the moments

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the wedding of Dyah and Mat took place in Sydney’s Blues Point Reserve. Diyah and Mat knew that having a wedding photographer in Sydney to document the day was paramount to share the occasion with those that were absent.

With only 10 guests out of an allowable 20,  their wedding was celebrated in style. With the travel restrictions in place in Australia, the couples parents who live in Canada and Indonesia were not left out completely. With an ipad a tripod and a live link set up on Zoom they were able to be a part of the wedding day.

13th of June is meant to be a winters day in Sydney however with bright blue skies and warmer than usual conditions, the scene was set for a great outdoor Sydney wedding.  Dyah and Mat were wed by celebrant Pauline Fawkner, her ceremonies add a unique and personable touch to couples she marries.

The couple chinked champagne glasses following the wedding at Bather’s Pavilion,  which dates back to the 1930’s and is on the shores of Balmoral Beach on Sydney’s upmarket suburb or Mosman. Bather’s offers world class dining and million dollar views across Sydney’s Middle Harbour and North Head.
